Order Processing

All orders placed on KeshKanti are processed and dispatched the next business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the following business day.

You will receive a confirmation email and SMS immediately after placing your order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking code on your registered email address and phone number within 24 hours of dispatch.


Delivery Timeframe

We deliver Pan India across all states and union territories.

Standard delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2-3 business days
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 3-5 business days
  • Remote and rural areas: 5-7 business days

These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary slightly depending on your location, courier partner availability, and local conditions.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched you will receive:

  • A tracking code via SMS on your registered phone number
  • A tracking link via email on your registered email address

You can use this tracking code on our courier partner's website to check the real-time status of your delivery. You can also log into your KeshKanti account to view your order status at any time.

If you have not received your tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@keshkanti.shop or message us on WhatsApp.


Shipping Charges

KeshKanti offers free shipping on all orders across India. There is no minimum order value required to avail free delivery.


Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the delivery fails after 3 attempts due to the recipient being unavailable or an incorrect address, the order will be returned to our facility. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at the time of placing your order.


Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Cash on Delivery

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders are prepaid through our secure payment gateway. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking.
