Results Guarantee
We believe in our formulations. If you have used KeshKanti products consistently for 90 days and have not seen any improvement in hair growth or beard growth, we will refund your amount in full — no questions asked.
To claim your results-based refund, simply contact us at support@keshkanti.shop or message us on WhatsApp with your order details and a brief description of your experience. Our team will review your case and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Standard Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy on all unused, unopened products from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- The seal must be unbroken
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
A return handling charge of ₹100 will be applied per return to cover reverse logistics. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges on unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery — subject to product availability.
A handling charge of ₹100 will be applied per exchange to cover reverse logistics. The exchange will be dispatched once we receive the original product back at our facility.
To request an exchange, contact us at support@keshkanti.shop or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the product you would like to exchange for.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Free gifts or promotional items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Pack the product securely and hand it to our courier partner
- Refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the product
Cash on Delivery
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery due to delivery fraud concerns in India. All orders are prepaid. Please refer to our secure payment options at checkout.
